ROM Hack Having some problems with PK3DS after decrypting the Omega Ruby CIA

I just managed to decrypt the Pokémon Omega Ruby CIA file with the HackingToolkit9ds from ASIA81 tutorial, so I can use the files with pk3ds to hack the game, but after opening pk3ds, and selecting the folder where I put the exefs and the romfs files... nothing happens, so I was wondering... what can I do to make it work so I can hack the game without any problems?


Those are the decrypted files, and it's strange that they didn't got extracted in their folders like the ASIA81 tutorial said...
