Homebrew Having Problems With the New Browserhax

My problem is not that I can't boot to the Homebrew Menu, but rather that some things I was able to do before just doesn't work anymore. These things are...

• Doing L+R+DOWN+B does nothing instead of bringing me back to the homebrew menu
• Some games don't work using hans anymore. When my 2DS was on version 9.8, I was able to play FE:Awakening but now that I have 10.3 it just freezes instead.

Any help on any of these things would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I fixed it. Apparently MenuHax had to be installed.
