ROM Hack Having issues with HANS Pokemon Hack

Alright so I dumped my game, randomized it a little and packed it into a ROMFS file for HANS to load. I go to launch HANS and load the game and everything works until I press start. The screen goes black with some different colored pixels on the left side of the screen. Can someone tell me what I've done wrong? I used ROMFS builder and used a folder that has both a EXEFS folder and ROMFS folder in it, and the output file is a ROMFS file with a id number followed by .romfs.
