I'm curious on the results, I haven't made this for any particular reason other than curiosity.

Still have 3 pre-patched consoles without bans:

• All have ran SXOS, most using a hidden-partitioned, emuMMC setup
• Mostly have kept them offline or have Nintys servers blocked when connected to network
• Seldomly ever install NSPs, wrap as much as possible up into custom SuperXCIs & mount/launch
  
• Updates 'mostly' performed from clean-Horizan

One console is now a dedicated 'legit' console which I use purely for actual carts & online gaming/purchases, the other two are dedicated CFW devices which I run payloads directly on-top/into Horizon without the emuMMC setups.

Also it's without saying, don't be a muppet & attempt to play online with any non-legit games etc.

  Hey, sorry if a noob questions but SupeeXCIs? I know what an XCI is but super?

Mine was banned from everything within a couple of weeks of the very first SXOS release, since the full console ban I'm now able to update the FW but nothing else such as game updates and eshop.

I was updating games I hadn't purchased using the system.

Totally owning it was my own fault.

It was initially a total ban of everything, but they started allowing me to update FW directly

2 or 3 years ago, as I didn't care.
I got my 3DS banned with playing online on pirated games.
I bought another one and been more careful this time.

Yes, very recently.

I have two consoles, the one that has been banned I was running .xci files on using SXOS.

I'd updated an xci using the systems update option.

Back when layeredfs piracy was a thing my first switch got banned after a day or two. Now my 2nd switch is on clean emummc, uses homebrews, and I'm playing with legitly bought digital games. This one isn't banned (yet (hope it wouldn't)).

I was just banned yesterday on my switch. Only legit cartridges for games, never did anything illegal. I do have a trinket installed though with SXOS and Kosmos.

Not a big deal to me as I don't play online anyway but I HAVE to use Tinfoil/hbg for games now so that's annoying.

Yes I was banned using atmosphere and sx os. Never went online with cfw activated, but I did install nsps.

I assume you installed nsps on your sysnand though rather than your emunand?

Sysnand. Never really cared about getting a ban but also didnt expect it since I only played legit games. Never played online and never installed NSPs.

My carts still work but I also bought a lot of ESHOP games which I can't download anymore so that's why(basically Nintendo forced me to be a pirate, I ain't buying a new switch lmao)

No, cause i haven't hacked my switch yet. IDK if you can still get banned for hacking your wii (which I have done)
