Hacking Has this Noob Bricked his wii?

I am on 3.4 and went to install the twilight hack 01.beta2 i spoke to the guy in zelda and the script ran, I hit a few accepts and then the screen went blank, i think it should return to the wii menu after this. Any way i left it for an hour but the screen is still black and i can power down or reset but i can eject and the light is green. Should i unplug from the mains and try to power up or am i making things worse? Any help greatly appreciated!

Its supposed too do that.
just power off and power on and you'll see the homebrew channel.

Ah ha, i thought it would reboot to the wii menu when done, but unplugged from wall and restarted wii, all is well now with hbc installed many thanks!

A general rule is to never unplug your Wii when in doubt. That is an easy way to end up with a brick.
