ROM Hack Has anyone tried their Switch DQ XI S savefile on the PC release?

I know that you can use your PC savefile on some Switch games and vice-versa in some titles such as Skyrim and The Witcher 3 because their saves are similar enough to make that possible. I would like to play the game on PC and Switch, and interchange the savefiles from one system to another, is this a thing? Are the PC savefiles similar enough to do this? Has anyone tried it? I want to know
