Every tool I've tried has issues.
They either don't work at all with FBI 2.x, or the installation suddenly stops for whatever reason.
So has anyone made (or found) a tool to do that? One that works. Or is this feature just dodgy?

Are you using the jar, exe, or apk?
JAR, because I have a Mac. But I've tried it on Windows as well.

Well, I couldn't get FBI's method to work either.

I recommend you use NASA for this, since it supports standard FTP. It's worked well for me so far whenever I do a network install.
Will that method require double the space though? Because I'm not really interested in that, it would defeat the purpose.
FBI's method was appealing because I could theoretically install a 2GB CIA with, say, 2.1GBs free.
Can I do that with NASA?

Hmm. I just experimented with something, and I think I made SocketPunch work, finally.
Previously, I was using the FBI that I had injected on "Health & Safety", and it just wouldn't start the transfer (it was the latest FBI version though, in case you thought I had just left an old version there). Once I installed a standalone FBI, the transfer worked immediately. I hadn't seen anyone mention or suggest that.
So FYI, H&S FBI doesn't seem to work for network transfers.
Thanks for the help though, guys ;)

Protip: H&S injection is only supposed to be temporary and used to install FBI. You should replace the injected version with the vanilla one after doing the installation.

Usually when such a big title leaks the Temp will be the first to report about it (going off of historical reports here, Pokemon SV being the latest one I can recall seeing pop up here)

No real point since movies are 30fps
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Not a big movie buff, more of a gamer tbh. And Series X is 120hz 8k ready, but yea only 120hz 4k games out right now, but thinking of in the future.
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
I got my Dad a firestick for Xmas and showed him those 3rd party sites on Kodi, he loves it, all he watches anymore. He said he has got 3 letters from AT&T already about pirating, but he says f them, let them shut my internet off (He wants out of his AT&T contract anyways)
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
I had to find and get him an old style flip phone even without text, cause thats what he wanted. No text, no internet, only phone calls. Old, old school.
