With that sort of attitude you have, where you are going to get pirated versions, Nintendo of Japan will say you definitely deserve a ban. There's this no-tolerance corporate policy for anyone violating the ToS involving piracy, hacking, and using features on games that are not authorized or publicly available yet.i actually have a guy from nintendo hq in canada calling back to NoJ about these bans because when i went there earlier i got roughly the same thing and he offered me the redemption codes i told him no thanks if nintendo really wanted my money theyd unban me so for now ill just deal with everythingbfor free and told him i was off to refund my pokemon moon to go play the pirated version (had physical copy there with me) lmao he looked so upset about it too. (also before someone is like nintendo ninjas r gonna get you this is canada our legal system and judges dont give jack shit about piracy unless youre distrubuting or making profit so nintendo is SoL on getting me for this :^) )
They would rather lose opportunities for earning money, than to allow banned players be unbanned.
