Gaming Has anyone gotten banned from playing Pokemon Moon online?

if i played with the leaked version, with wifi on, but i didnt use any feature on the pokemon sun and moon, should i get any problems? i didnt use the plaza or any online feature i just had the wifi on but nothing else, even my emunand isnt uptaded.

PD : i readed like 50 pages and i didnt see nothing what could help me

I was more referring to the NN/eshop ban myself I knew about that one though that requires 2 3ds's doesn't it?

As long as you didn't connect to online services you should be ok, when the legit CIA is dumped you should probably switch before going online.

If I'm not mistaken it's not your NNID its the console itself that's banned from eshop and nintendo network stuff.

Out of curiosity, if someone has both error codes and has their NNID linked to the console, what happens if they buy a new 3DS and link their NNID with that? It seems people with an NNID and both error codes report the NNID and Nintendo Network services working fine on their WiiU/PC, but would the new 3DS simply be banned too?
