I really want to flash but I don't want to get banned again after my 1.51 got banned in October 09. >_<

Until now: No. But they will, it's only a matter of time.

Seriously...you are always in danger of getting banned, even if you're using LT 1.1 and your "Backups" are checked correctly. If you can't live with that risk, go legit, or leave it.
