Homebrew HarmoKnight launching homebrew?

Last night, I played HarmoKnight, level 2-3, Riding the Rails. after a certain part, homebrew launches and fails. I use an o3DS, sysNAND 9.2 (no emuNAND), and I use rxTools. Does anyone know why this happens?

No, I just installed the CIA and played through the game normally. I was confused too, along with the fact that I can't progress through the game anymore.
