Hardware Hardmod Questions

1) What is the latest hackable firmwarw

2) Can a switch that has the later hardware version still be hardmodded

3) Does a hardmod require a dongle or anything extra to be carried around after modding is complete

1) If the switch is an unpatched unit, basically any firmware is hackable as long as CFW is updated to support it
2) No, you need a hardware exploit for there to be a hardware mod
3) If you hardmod, you'll likely be putting the switch into auto-rcm. So it will just automatically boot to your payload when you power on, no dongle required

So basically if you have a patched unit, hardmod does nothing for you
