Everything on my harddrive is gone.

Is still reads the correct amount of data usage on the harddrive except the only file on the hard drive is 0 bytes and is ∞CAPCOM.!!

Did everything get corrupted?

That's the thing. I used this harddrive for my wii, the apps folder for the homebrew channel and so many other things were on it. And they just all disappeared with that one file left titled " ∞CAPCOM.!!"

Does anyone know any software to recover a corrupted data? I'm currently running a pandora scan.

You could try:
SpinRite (http://www.grc.com)

or

GetDataBack (http://www.runtime.org)

Heard about them, but never tried 'em. :\

That's pretty cool. The last time I used a data recovery tool was when Disneyland made me delete my video of recording the tower of terror. Stupid shits think we're all dumb.

Luckily I got everything back I wanted to. I lost my decrypted nand dump of the wii, but I'm really satisfied with the performance of GetDataBack

Great! Happy for ya. I'd just recommend making backups of your save files (and / or other important files) every now and then in case you, for whatever reason, can't recover any files.

are you using IOS58? I think there's a corruption problem with apps using IOS58 at the moment
I don't think that's the reason.
I've been using WiiMC (runs off IOS58) and haven't had any problems yet.

Actually there are several reports of hard drive corruption after using recently updated apps that now use IOS58 for USB2.0. Since "CAPCOM" showed up in his 0byte filename I would guess he was using an emulator (either one of Tantric's or one of the mods made for wiiSX or wii64).
