Apple Halo4iphone wont go away

I added the source then the app didnt work i also downloaded the webvideo and i keep trying to delete it with cydelete but it keeps reapering every time i respring. Anyhelp!?!? I also on 4.2.1 itouch 4

Try removing it from within cydia.

Or if that doesn't work, SSH and get into the terminal (Ctrl+T in WinSCP) or use Mobile terminal and type:

dpkg -r Halo4iphone
