yeah but safest non problematic way is reinstalling stock on the old build and then reinstalling the custom on new build
I made a couple of covers for "more games" as you can't really put too many games on the SNES Classic I personally have 80 so 40 in each...
I replaced the folder_back.png with one of them, it looks better than a small pixelated folder icon. I went with a heavy 90's theme for them.

Rock n roll runs fine with the RetroArch Core I just posted, along with SNES 9x 2005/2010 Versions. I plan on doing a video about how to properly run 9x on the SNESC.

Can you use something like Google Drive, MEGA or Dropbox? The download is stuck halfway at 0 B/second and is taking forever for the free version

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.+1 -

Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

@BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.
The issue is DRM -

You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60
