No. Sorry. I'm in agreement with what others have posted before. These are dev builds. If you cannot figure out how to compile it yourself, you should probably just wait on the release. If Cluster wanted unofficial versions posted, I'm sure he would set up a system for nightly builds.JP friendly or anth0ny could you guys perhaps PM me a compile 2.12 build? Im noob at that stuff
yeah your right no problem, plus it'sNo. Sorry. I'm in agreement with what others have posted before. These are dev builds. Grabbed a Wii Classic Pro off of Ebay for about $20 and also found a Wii Classic at a local Gamespot for about the same (so my daughter and I can play fighting games). I am so amazed how flawlessly the SNES and Genesis games run on this little thing. I forgot how gorgeous Yoshi's island was. Big thanks to the guys who made all this possible. I send a donation after the first Hakchi but I think another round might be in order!![]()
Works great with SNES games with the new mod soon to be released? The My Arcade NES controller on amazon is $20 wireless and has 8 buttons. Works great, looks great...
I just copied my config (edited in the new lines), games and dump folder to the one I compiled. Updating should be that easy unless something major changes. If you want to start fresh, just copy over the dump folder and re-flash the original kernel.Ok thank you! And yeah I was thinking of that too Im not really sure how update my current 2.11 version if I did. But if i started fresh all I would have to do is run the 2.12 build and dump/flash the fresh kernel on it?
Sweet that sounds easy enough, So I just got copy/move my dump folder in the fresh 2.12 build once its out and flash kernel. then it be like 30 games fresh? then I can add my games etc.I just copied my config (edited in the new lines), games and dump folder to the one I compiled. You are using a Mac? If yes put the hakchi2 folder in C:\ and flash again.Hey all. Also long-time lurker.
So, I just built 2.12 off of the latest and greatest on the GitHub, and things seem to be going fine... kind of. Hackchi2 is running just fine, and interacting with my NES Classic just fine, except when I try and flash anything except for the stock kernel with the stock 30 games, the wee console is stuck in a bootloop. No image displayed, LED blinks through a cycle. I'm not really concerned, as I've already tested flashing the stock kernel back-- the little guy is fine. However I'm sad that I can't seem to install anything. Has anyone encountered this blinking light thing before? Any advice? I know my way around Visual Studio so I was happy to get 2.12 running, but now I've hit a bit of a roadblock.
Thanks all, bumps and all this sort of stuff is always fun
