hey, Is there a homebrew video player for vwii that can stream video files directly from my PC over my home network like the 360 does? I know I can set up a server on my PC and play mp4 in the wii u internet browser although i did attempt it and it didn't work. Also with setting up the PC server for the browser mp4 stream does that mean anyone over the internet can access my PC or is it only for my home network?
BTW I'm going out to buy a copy of lego indiana jones today. I'll tell everyone how it goes.

Up-converted Wii is likely all we will see. Having trouble as programs are hit/miss. Then vWii freezes and I cannot get a reset without unplugging Wii U. Probably all we will see are mysterious hashes and teaser pics/tweets. Came to realize this and don't think we should get our "Hopes up.". Just my belief. About ready to post it on Craigslist. I have a Wii, accept loss in trading RGHed 360 fully unlocked for what I thought was unlocked. Lol, my ignorance. Riku was right on a closed thread. Sorry Riku.

I dont get your attitude ,, your here demanding wiiu hacks , persistantly showing your disgust at how nothing is being released bla bla , the wiiu isnt more than two months old , less in the areas where f0f live , and your looking to sell a perfectly good console cuz you cant run yer warez , added to ignore list , spambot.


I am curious to know should you get a "release" wtf ya going to do with it , i guess you have coded your own homebrew in rediness/


@kingvamp , its not 100% possible (with the tools at your disposal) to eradicate 100% of the evidence on a regular wii , so im assuming you couldnt totally cleanse a vwii .

I have a wii , i didnt buy the wiiu to emulate my wii , i bought it to play wiiu games . so im not really interested in anything vwii , i havent even clicked the damn icon yet . If they had made them play on the Pad , that woulda been cool otherwise , the wii sits along side the wiiu for all homebrew needs , tbh it is quicker to hit the TV button on the wiiu pad and select the wii channel on the TV than it is to boot into the vWii .

When SNEEK is released then theoretically we could install only HBC and SNEEK and no channels/forwarders. Then if we wanted to virginize the Vwii it could be done? What we need is an HBC uninstaller that removes all traces of itself.
