I'm hacking his Wii for him, should I install Priiloader? Bootmii? or both of them? his Wii is 3.2U with HBC 1.0.6 with CFG Loader installed

It has HBC 1.0.06 and cfg loader - what else do you need to add apart from the obvious of installing Bootmii - which is a no brainer. I think of Bootmii as a must have and Preloader merely as a nice to have whose importance increases if you dont have Bootmii as boot2.
