Hacking Hacked the Vita while on internal memory... Do I have to start from scratch with the memory card?

I know, it was dumb...
I'm on 3.15, used the mail exploit, installed TN-V and TN-X. All while on internal memory.
With the memory card inside, everything disappeared. Even the mail app gives me a weird message. If I remove it, everything goes back to normal.

What are my option now to use the memory card? Will I lose everything up until now?

Back up TN-V and TN-X to your PC with QCMA, then insert your memory card and copy them back.

... something weird happened. I was ready to follow your suggestion, but when I turned on the Vita this time with the memory card on, it asked me if I wanted to copy over all my data (it didn't ask before). And that was it: everything work as usual
