What? Normally the homebrew launcher will appear anyways if you launch it from the home menu... The "Switch the hb. title to the current app." option is there so you can open a legit 3ds app but it actually loads the homebrew launcher. like you go into Download Play for example and then you select that option from rosalina. Then you exit Download Play and if you open it again it will disply the homebrew launcher instead of download play. Although if you've installed the hblauncher loader to your home menu you don't need that. Afaik the 3ds does not send any app IDs at least as long as you turn some things off, from https://3ds.hacks.guide/get-started:

If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction -

You either need to be intubated to bypass obstruction or create a stoma inferior to the the area of obstruction to survive
