So you've already dumped your sysNAND, next you should format emuNAND to creat an emuNAND partition (you also do that with the gateway menu). After you do that you should have an empty SD card with a hidden emuNAND partition on it. Copy the Nintendo 3DS folder back on the SD card, boot up your 2DS and format your SD card using the system settings option (before it starts to format you should remove the SD card and put it back in after you 2DS reboots. By now you should have your NANDs unlinked, so copy the rxTools folder with the necessary firmware.bin, firm folder or rxTools.dat depending on which version you use, launch it through your browser and it should install. After it installs boot up emuNAND and update it to the latest firmware via system settings (so you can access eshop if you want to). Install FBI to both your NANDs, the one on emuNAND will be used to install games and the one on sysNAND will be used to install sysupdater. Launch to sysNAND, open FBI and install sysupdater, then download the appropriate 9.2 firmware update for the 2ds region from the 3ds iso site and install it (but be carefull, you have to use devmode or pasta mode patched sysNAND or else you'll brick the console). So now you have your 2ds with emuNAND on the firmware 10.3 and sysNAND on the firmware 9.2. Now you can use the browserhax exploit to enter homebrew, install themehax and also use the autoboot technique :)

As I said before, in the second link that was posted by @SomeGamer you have far more detailed instructions with links to the files you need and everything :)

You don't need cubic ninja. After you have rxTools installed you can inject FBI into the Health&Safety app on your sysNAND. After that download sysupdate from here: https://github.com/profi200/sysUpdater/releases and install it to your sysNAND. Then google for "3ds iso" and open the first link. You have to create an account and after that search the site for 9.2 update, download the EUR version for your 2DS. Place the contents on your SD card and boot sysNAND into devmode or pasta mode (differs by which version of rxTools you use). From there open sysupdater and install the 9.2 update. Now you can use the browserhax method.

After you open rxTools with your browser go to step 4a :) Browser, Cubic Ninja and MSET are just three different methods how you can access rxTools. After you complete step 4a go to the bottom of the instrunctions and follow How to Update your 3DS/2DS to 9.0 or 9.2 and after you complete that step go to the section Launching rxTools at boot - Menuhax! and complete that. After you've done all that, you'll have homebrew on your 2DS as well :)
