HAC-CPU-10 Component identification help!

Hiya,

Can anyone help me ID this component? I dont have a donor board at the moment so if I can find a replacement part I'll order a few in.

This is on the back of the board, near the fuel guage IC, directly behind the joy con FPC and the joy con FPC it is directly under doesnt connect to the joy con.

Seems that someone damaged the board, attempted a fix on the FPC but either used way too much heat or did a sloppy job and burnt this out when they turned it back on.

The smaller component labelled SD (I think?) also looks burnt out on the side, so if anyone knows what that is i'd appreciate input.

Finally found a high res image :
One part is marked as ZBL62
The only reference I could find is chips marked as 'ZBL' are ' TC7PZ17FU'.

It looks like a logical inverter :

One indeed just says 'SO'.
No clue on what tha could be.
