Hardware H&S Gone?!?

I'm setting up an emuNAND, and i unlinked my NANDs, after setup i went back to my brand new sysNAND home menu, to find that Health And Safety Information was gone. What did i do wrong? I now have NO way of installing CIA's through sysNAND
