Homebrew GX emulators with ThinkGeek SNES Controller.

I'm trying to use this controller I got on all the GX Emulators the DPAD isn't working, although ABXY start and select buttons do. Is this one of those third party remotes that is NOT supported? On a side note, it doesn't working browsing my homebrew channel. I can use start and select to navigate through the pages.
