Hacking GUITAR HERO 5/BAND HERO NOT LOADING DLC FROM 8GB SDHC

I've been trying for months. I've been using USB Loader GX and I have DLCs on my 8GB SDHC card. The DLC works on Disc channel but never through USB Loader GX (This includes USB Loaders disc channel). Help! Any other loaders? WiiFlow has the same problem
