so what the major diff between b8 and b9? besides few feature for the psp go?

nothing only that pro b-8 is a bit more stable and b-9 isn't due to it's beta status and a few added improvments

I need more info on PRO B9 and how it affects POPSLOADER, specifically how 6.60 affects it, i've heard it doesn't even work on 6.60

also something is apparently gone awry with the download links, i'm trying to fix this, might take a while (they are freaking huge files)

sorry i didn't notice this when you PMed me about it, but it's because your PSP isn't compatible with POPS 4.01 or 5.00, try some that work (he has a 4g)
PSP 3000 4g and 9g(maybe all):
Every POPS from 3.02 to 3.52 WORKS
Every POPS from 3.71 to 6.00 DOESN'T WORK
Every POPS from 6.20 to Original from flash POPS WORKS[/p]

I dunno if I'm doing something wrong here guys. I've got my PSP 2000 all set up nice and cushy with 6.20 PRO B9. Got the plugins and everything... but I'm getting the 80010002 error every time I try to pick a pops.

Am I missing something?

Are you using the installer here?

The POPS setup that this version uses is NOT the same setup that older versions used, older POPS packs will not work.

I'm using the set you can get from the Google... code... site place.

When my connection stabilizes, I think I'll give the installer a shot. That 600MB file admittedly scared me off.

well you'd have to just find all of the firmware versions and download them separately if i didn't pack them all together like that (a few of them are essential for POPSLoader to work)

Yeah distributing the POPS files would be illegal so for this new kind of POPSloader there's the installer with all the full firmware downloads you need, and the program that runs on the PSP to rip the POPS files out of them and put them in the right place automatically.

Update: Installer works perfectly on 6.20 PRO B9. Was able to grab the right pops and so far, my Chrono Cross ISO plays the intro sequence like it's supposed to.

Amazing how I went to all the psp sites and couldn"t find updated info on installing popsloader, yet gbatemp had it! Thanks Terminator!

Ok ive successfully installed this. I have a psp 3001 09g(came with 6.39 ofw) updated to 6.60 and using cfw pro-b10 6.60. Not a single pops version works, everyone of them just black screens and crashes my system. Only the load from flash works but the compatability isnt so great with this. Is there no way to boot different revisions of the pops loader on a 3001 09g without it crashing? And before anyone asks, yes the popsloader plugin is enabled lol

I am on Go 6.60 Temp hack.
the 600MB+ download breaks before I even finish, internet connection being an ass.. and the other files I tried online doesnt work.
Any help?
