Gaming GTW issue in real heroes:firefighter 3ds (impossible to continue)

Hello everyone, I'm playing with this game, but I have a problem on the third level, in the mall. at checkpoints when you start at game room, arriving at the door but nothing happens, I did try the game with a friend and had the same problem. it is impossible to continue.
someone could try?
