GTPSP = Soul Caliber PSP

both made a crappy transition to the handheld, but i can say different for Motor Storm, looks very promising, but heck, GTPSP and SCPSP both were very promising till final release

I know what you mean. I was going to buy gtpsp until it game out and now I'm not even going to bother downloading it. I hope lbp isn't a let down.

i remember some idiot posting a thread on here that said something about GT PSP not having career mode, and the youtube link he embedded was of someone playing the demo or something and career mode was clearly on the top of the list in the menu, but just grayed out because it's a demo...

The game doesn't have a career mode. Read a detailed review it explains that they removed it to make the game more portable.
Look at the reviews from metacritic the ones in bold are prologues or concepts and gtpsp. What exactly does that say about gtpsp?

what the facts now carreer or not?
i want really have career, without career is very boring.
drive without an goal is very boring
but why 800cars when there is no carreer

without carriere is no racing game, just race just 4 fun whow 40euros for just 4 fun. super sony great work

There is no career. You drive the car get credits buy more cars. The races are more customizable from what I understand.

ok thank you.

i was so happy about gt and now im very angry about that.
drive for nothing .
they worked 5 years on that, what have they done in 5 years?

thats really lame... cut the 800 cars to 400 and give us career mode...

For the record, the 400 they cut were all Skylines.

I'm not really upset that there's no career mode because I only play for time trials and the piss-poor excuse for physics (plus the AI is BS, so it's basically like driving alone anyway), but I can understand how a lot of people would be angry about this.

I think they're alienating the majority of the people who are going to buy the game. I have a friend who loves GT5 Prologue, but he bought a 360 and Forza just so he could have some kind of races and goals to meet. You can be one of these internet fools and say, "OMG you people are such whiners, back in my day we were lucky if the game kept track of our lap times and blah blah blah...", or you could be a company interested in profits and try to replicate what made your game so popular in the first place. Career modes are the whole reason terrible games like Need For Speed: Underground were able to reinvent themselves as big hits.

All that having been said, please NamcoBandai, come through with a solid Tekken 6.
