Gaming GTA: Chinatown Wars Question

I know there are two safehouses in Northwood, one you buy and one that's given to you. Could someone tell what mission you get the second Northwood safehouse after, as in the name of the mission?

Also, how do you make more weapons available through ammu-nation? I just got ammu-nation and many of the weapons say out of stock.

Actually, I think that's the South Bohan one. Nevertheless, I found out on GameFAQS, form posting the same question there you get the second Northwood safehouse after the mission "Grave Situation". But, thanks anyway.
