Hacking GTA boots into ingame menu

As soon as I boot gta (patch or clean) it instantly goes into the ingame menu and if I hit the cross in the top right, it goes into the ingame menu again. No cheats are enabled.

Using the latest everything.

Done searches on internet with no luck.

Is this a known bug? If so, any fixes?

Are other games working properly?
If so, download it from a different source.

Isn't that how GTA is supposed to function? By in game menu do you mean the apartment screen, or the PDA screen?

It should autoboot to the apartment if you have a valid save

The ingame menu as in the one DSTWO adds in patch mode.

Anyway, I don't know what was wrong with it but with a complete redo of the menu it is working correctly.

If it boots in the SC menu on Clean it's a SC problem, not ROM
