so my dsd written a email to him saying were is it and he hasant replied so i dunno if hes scammin so if we dont get it tomoz i dunno wat my dads gunna do

Give them a bit more time, if they indeed scammed you report them to Amazon, and dispute the charge with your bank/credit card.
