1. The others are right, the company Amazon do not sell the R4 themselves. Other companies (that are not Amazon) can sell things through Amazon's website. Look on the right-hand side of the R4 page, that is a list of the companies that actually sell the product. You have ordered from one of them. (it's a minor point, your Dad knows that already which is all that matters. Nobody's a goon, you're just missing the point

2. If you ordered on Sunday 10th, your order wouldn't be processed until the next working day at the earliest, ie Monday. Bear in mind the seller has to process all of Saturday's orders first before they got to yours. Then, stuff ordered from Amazon marketplace can take 3-5 days to arrive after dispatch. Because the Amazon company handle the payment side of things they handle when the money is taken, it has nothing to do with the seller' company, so the money may be taken before the order is processed.
I'm just saying, 4 days is probably not long enough. Give them a little longer.
