yes, since your firmware doesn't get modified, and your psp never actually gets hacked.

no, emulators won't work because they aren't programmed specifically for this exploit.

maybe someday you can.
someone supposedly is working on a tool that enables running homebrew built for cfw under ofw with this hack, but the homebrew won't have full control over the hardware.
