Hacking green screen when installing boot9strap with frogtool

my screen goes light green when i try to install b9s while using frogtool im on US with latest version (cant give much more info cause it says im spamming)

Likely, you are missing b9stool in the root, or "boot.nds". You should refer back to your guide and get the latest release of this tool.
If you are sure that it is there, your SD card may also be bad. Try testing it here.
