It's like every time I come here to check out some amazing progress into Switch hacking there is drama happening. Back in the NDS, 3DS and Wii U days it felt like the entire community was working together and sharing ideas, but I come on the Switch hacking and it's all competition and the one trying to make the other look bad.
What gives?
What's with all the great hostility?
Is it me or is there very little comradery in the Switch hacking scene?

Amiga scene was not that bad...

More and more self entitled clowns who wants everything for free, play online, be able to play 20 Gb game on their 4 Gb SD card, and so on...

Remember when IRC was a thing and everyone who wanted to take a closer look at the scene had to go to some servers there? And mods would keep away noobs? I miss that.

Pretty much what OP said is the reason I don't even check GBAtemp or post on here nearly as much. I've been so out of the Switch hacking loop entirely because all of this drama. I don't have time to analyze who's "right" in a drama situation that shouldn't really matter to me, so I just try to not even read anything about it. I just do my own thing now

I was talking mostly about the devs, then communities.
GBAtemp, Reddit, Twitter, Discord servers, all combined create a pretty explosive mix.

you just need to shortcut 2 pads on your joycon port.
it's a bug in nvidia chipset, not nintendo's fault.

This is all I used. Activated AutoRCM. Dont need anything now.

In short, what happened?

Something happened with pedos, and transsexuals too.

Peoples personal lives really shouldn't be discussed in the scene, focus on the tech. Nothing else.

This might just be me but that's stuff it like a cool plus I get to read while updating my cfw. Wherever you go you're going to find some sort of drama, just enjoy it
