Gaming Grand theft auto patch action replaycheats

I have the Grand theft auto china town wars which i downloaded from the nds roms website and have patched it with the arms7 patch i cant seem to get the cheats menu on the R4 for it, but i had it befor i patched the game can some 1 please help me out and tell me what to do or where im going wrong. i am using Action Replay Code Manager and the cheat editor that came with the r4 on the disk.

DO not sTATE websites were you got your rom!!!!!! But use ysmenu!
