Homebrew gpsp vs mGBA for a new 3ds xl without kernel?

Gpsp runs at full speed but requires bios files, MGBA on the other hand is bios free and is more customizable and supports gyro controls for wario ware twisted (correct me If I am wrong) but is slow for many games.
Nope imo but they are a tough nut to find online tho. Make sure to follow the instructions as well.
Place them in retroarch/cores/system on your sd root.

For 3DS you are better off using gpSP at the moment.
mGBA for 3DS is still in beta being developed with nightlies every day, so it might surpass gpSP one of these days.

The mGBA (the one in Smealum starter kit, not the RetroArch) is the best, every game I tested, works flawless on N3DS. Can anyone test this TMNT game by Ubisoft http://media.ign.com/games/image/object/794/794099/TMNT_US_FINAL-Rated_GBA.jpg with Gpsp and let me know whether I am the only who get the slowness problem?
Getting "unsupported version, update payloads"? I just downloaded the latest homebrew starter kit though..
2.5, to avoid any more hassle, i just used mgba. I assume you used mGBA before, how do you enlarge the screen? Right now, the screen is only a tiny box on the XL. Is there an option to stretch?
If you are getting that error you actually have to reinstall your hax(es). There was an update to the 2.5 payload.
I'm on N3DS XL and every game I wanted to be emulated played at just about max FPS with mGBA. When I used gpsp, the first game I attempted to play lagged hard.

Ok yes they were both made by Rare, but DK was from Rare back then, Rare now is owned by MS. So makes since.+1
