Gaming gPSP and Codebreaker codes

I need help in setting up a .cht file for Boktai on gPSP. I want to hack in the remaining emblems and the only codes I've found are Codebreaker. Could someone help with either getting Codebreaker working on gPSP or converting them to Action Replay or any other compatible format?
