Hacking got R4 for my DS

I got R4 for my DS lite, how do I make it work? I have 0 knowledge.
can someome please give me an explanation of what to download and what to put on the SD card and how do I download games and make them work?

Sure, pretty simple.
Go to google, search for Flashcart Helper, go to the 2nd link which is from gbatemp, scroll down and download v.0.9 We can't give links for roms, so you need to search that as well.

What website is printed on your cart? That's where you get the software from.
