This allows official ISOS to be burnt to disc and played. They have to be from a genuine disc (signed) and burnt correctly for them to work.

This allows full unsigned code. custom dashboards, free games, dlc, xbla games etc. Loads of tutorials online to follow. You will need soldering iron and a few other pieces but this'll be the cheapest method and best.

That device is rare now, I had two recently and only sold my other since it was a backup and my first never failed me! - x360ace v3 is the best and cheapest way to go.
You'll have to connect the 360's DVD drive to your SATA port ofcourse.
Otherwise it won't recognize and flash it.
Edit: just power on the 360 so it powers the DVD drive and then run Jungleflasher.
