Unfortunately a lot of those lists contain games known not to work on the DSTwo, or at least not work very well. Note that with the DSTwo, RPGs work better than action games due to lag. Here is my personal list of good games. This list contains only games I have personally tried on the DSTwo along with how far I tested them. All games were tested with a CPU frequency of 4. Also, I am not taking requests at the moment though I will update my list as I play more games.
7th saga with Elnard patch (explanation below) - to combat just outside first town
some sound crackling, the US release reduced your level up stat gains while keeping your rival's and enemies the same though there is a patch (http://www.romhacking.net/hacks/264/) to fix it. try video mode 3
Arcana - to first temple, no combat
seems to work fine though barely tested, use video mode 3
Dragon Quest 3 (translated) - to first combat outside staring town
works nicely and sound seems ok, use video mode 3
Castlevania 4 - first couple of areas
some sound crackling, video mode 0 is fine
Earthbound - until sister's room after first getting control, no combat
seems ok
Mario All Stars - super mario 2, first level
a bit laggy, playable but not very well
Shin Megami Tensi 1 (translated) - title screen
crackling sound
Slayers (recently released translation patch 1.1) - combat in first underground area (hole)
runs decently, no video mode seems to work the best so just experiment, some sound crackling
Zelda

arallel Worlds 1.1 - outside link's house
hack of LTP, use the 1.1 patch to avoid several bugs, use video mode 3
crack
