Gaming Good RPG games?

not mario & luigi partners in time.. every decision they made about that game was wrong, the first one on GBA is excellent though.

rpgs on DS.. I've only really played FFIII and I guess the japanese FFCC.. there isn't much to choose from tho

Mario & Luigi is better than the first one, and I think everybody should play it. It's my favorite RPG on DS right now.

I have to say, I enjoy Partners in Time quite a lot but it's definitely not better than the first game. First game was much flexible than this, PIT is quite complicated and it's much harder than the first game since there are 4 characters now and bros items are like Bros Powers and you need to press the buttons on time which makes the game hard =/

1. Luminous Arc. Played Final Fantasy Tactics? Like a slightly worse version of it.
2. Harvest Moon Rune Factory. Harvest moon with fighting. need I say more?
3. Lost Magic. Teh pimp, only good RTS for DS.
4. Pokemon D/P DUHHHH!!
5. FF3. FUN!

And emulate chrono trigger or earthbound for a real good time.

well the problem with rpgs on DS is none of them really have a magnificent storyline
but mario and luigi is super fun regardless lol
luminous arc is also very fun and solid turn base rpg but again nothing really special
harvest moon is ok, but rpg element is more based on stuff like cooking, fishing skill etc, battle is very shallow in it
FF3 for hardcore FF fans otherwise it can get annoying, shallow story, shallow battle etc etc but true FF fans must play it xD

Pokemon..... depends, if you're 'young' and you 'loved' previous ones then its a 'ok' game
magical starsign and lost magic gave ME the shits lol, but thats because i cant finish games unless the story or character development is really good, still solid rpgs though

FF3, Lost Magic, and Rune Factory, were all pretty damn bad in my opinion.

Etrian Odyssey. Go get it.

That's why it's better. It's challenging. I'm sure the first one was too easy.
