I swear I’ve seen one around here before but my Google is failing me ha

Does anyone happen to know if a good guide I can follow for setting up VS Code in windows ? From the tiny bit of programming I know I figured this would be the easiest way to mess around and learn since I assume I can just compile and send to the switch via the play button once all is done ?

I ended up figuring it out, it wasn't that bad ha. I can't seem to get the Plutonium examples to compile from the make command however

Is there something else I should be looking at using for the UI? I'm playing around with a basic homebrew game that is all UI based(maybe some animated sprites/pictures) but for the most part the only thing updating are numbers(its an incremental game)

Code:
C:/users/jarch/onedrive/documents/SwitchHomebrewLab/first/include/pu/Application.hpp:15:10: fatal error: vector: No such file or directory
   15 | #include <vector>
