Good FREE offline PC RPG's?

Just need some suggestions.
List of priorities, in order:
- Works with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (Core i3 540, 4GB DDR3, overclocked Radeon HD 5670)
- Does not need an internet connection to play
- Is FREE
- IS NOT AN FPS
- Is FUN to at least some people
- Has good graphics
- Can be installed offline (not a necessity, but would be GREAT)

Kinda thinking something in the style of Dragon Quest IX, or basically every other RPG out there.

NO PIRATING OR EMULATORS.

Your asking for too much. Free and offline dont even go together anymore, anything free is basicly an mmo. games that are free and offline, have awful graphics. i know of no such game that meets all these requirements. there are one or two free offline rpg's that dont look good, but all of that combined, no such thing.

I did a quick google check and found somthing called "Battle of Wesnoth". Dunno what it is, but its graphics appear to be SNES-like. Gonna test it out for myself ^^

By "Good graphics" I meant anything better than Minecraft. Or 16x16 sprites.

But WOW quality wouldn't be bad.

Also, Battle for Wesnoth sounds interesting. Keep 'em coming!

I can tell you of a Mario and Luigi Rpg Fangame that's pretty good.

Don't expect much for free if you want 3D graphics.

Even in terms of 2D the only free RPGs you'll find will be homebrew things, probably made with RPGMaker.

@ Duskeye: I googled it. Could not find any mention of it anywhere.

@ Law: That's kind of why I made this question, in case there were any notable exceptions.

Also, it can be kind of adventure-ish, not necessarily full-RPG. For example, check the attached link. It's like the GTA/NFS Police Level system, but there's racing and car upgrades too... and great graphics!
