this is a community. the reason you probably can't reply is that you have to reply to other threads like offer help responses or just bs with staff. both are fun to do.

Yes,that has to do with your Posting Counter.
You maybe need around 10 or more "useful" Posts please.
When you maybe look around in Off Topic/Music for Example,you will find many interesting Threads for sure.

lol...yes. I was on a site that was constantly hit by Chinese spam bots, so I can understand the need. you're getting up there just by replying to this thread btw.
