Hardware Good deal? (a 20th Anniversary Pokemon n3DS)

A local seller is attempting to sell off his 20th anniversary Pokemon n3DS. Both plates are in good condition, comes with a charger and a physical copy of Smash. He's including the box and all the rest of the stuff - for $283 Canadian (approximately $215 USD).

I feel like it's an amazing deal at that price, when the system looks 9/10.

But I haven't sold any 3DSes lately, so, that's a shit tonne of money to spend.
