My friend is really trying to find a good DS rom to keep him playing it nonstop. He is looking for Adventure games. Anyone have any good suggestions? Thanks.

You must have a cool friend, unfortunately, all DS adventure titles haven't been too popular lately, it's mostly 3Ds games that are getting the spotlight.

I mean most "Adventure" titles arent all that long. I mean if you want to play for hours, you need a game with good mechanics and addicting gameplay. Like Dragon Quest Monsters Joker 2.
