Hi Guys

I must be missing something seriously obvious here but how on earth do I install the Goldtree application ?

I've gone to https://github.com/XorTroll/Goldleaf/releases

and located the Goldtree files but there doesn't seem to be any setup or .exe or anyway to actually run or install it ?

all the file extensions are .cs and weird names that don't seem to actually have anyway of firing up a windows application ?

Any help much appreciated :)

Something's wrong on your side. I just dowloaded the Goldtree 0.5 ZIP and there are three files inside: Goldtree.exe, LibHac.dll, and System.Memory.dll

Dum-dum alert. He was looking at the C# source. I don't get why people don't bother to think ahead. GitHub is a platform to host open source projects, so the OP should've considered looking for the release binaries.
