it's not a remake, well not a straight up remake. Since it's being done by activision and not rare the levels will only be similar, the plot is co-op, and by the looks of it it's your not even playing James Bond, just his accomplice. While I'm intrigued it looks like their only copying and not remaking [I think they'll call it a reimagining] hence Daniel Craig instead of pierce Brosnan to avoid some copyright.

Also form the looks of it oddjob isn't a midget in this one.

I never thought I'd see the day when Goldeneye gets a remake. One of the games I will finally dust off my Wii for. Online multiplayer gives it even more of a reason to buy. Even if the remake does happen to suck, I will always still have my Goldeneye for the N64.
