Hacking "Golden Witch" Theme Bug

I have been using the "Golden Witch" theme for CFW 6.60 me. I think it was beautifully done, but it has one serious issue for me: In any text entry screen if I press "select" to cycle beyond a certain point instead of returning to the beginning of the list the PSP just shuts off.

I don't have this issue with other themes I have used, so I was wondering if anyone knew of either a fix for this or at least a way to get those golden butterflies to overlap with another theme.
